My name is Vanessa Chase Lockshin.

You may know me from TheStorytellingNonprofit.com where I focus on helping non-profits tell stories that help them raise money and awareness.

What you may not know about me is that behind my love of storytelling and communications is over a decade of fundraising experience. Since 2010 I’ve raised over $15 million dollars for incredible causes, including over $900,000 by email from 2020 to 2021 for one of my clients.

I’m passionate about helping my clients and students build fundraising strategies that are sustainable, leverage their strengths and ultimately help them reach their Oprah-sized goals. My expertise is in individual giving programs and direct response fundraising.

My clients have included Variety BC, The Dixon Transition Society, Wilma’s Transition Society, Win Without War, OpenMedia, The Zanesville Museum of Art and Juma Ventures to name a few.
